Child Safety Standards
Gracio has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, and any sexualization of minors. This applies to messages, images, files, profile photos and events.
Our standards
- Any CSAE content or behaviour is prohibited and results in immediate removal and a permanent ban.
- Accounts require users to be at least 13. Family groups may include teenagers, so all group rules apply with extra care.
- We comply with the Philippine Anti-Online Sexual Abuse or Exploitation of Children (OSAEC) and Anti-CSAEM Act (Republic Act No. 11930) and other applicable laws, including duties to preserve evidence and report.
- Group admins cannot hide or override reports about child safety.
How to report
- In the app: long-press a message or open a profile → Report → Child safety. These reports go to the top of our review queue.
- By email: [email protected], our designated child-safety contact. Don't attach the material itself. Describe where it is (group name, member name, date).
- If a child is in immediate danger, contact local authorities right away. In the Philippines: PNP Women and Children Protection Center, the NBI, or call 911. Outside the Philippines, contact your local police or the NCMEC CyberTipline (report.cybertip.org).
How we respond
- Child-safety reports are reviewed by a trained person, targeting within 24 hours.
- Confirmed content is removed, the account is banned, and evidence is preserved as the law requires.
- We report to the relevant authorities, including the Philippine authorities under RA 11930 and, where applicable, NCMEC.
- We cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement.
